Billing details
- Is there a fee per booking?
- No. The monthly price is the whole price for the software. Your guests pay you, not us.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly in advance from the day you pay. Upgrades and downgrades apply at your next renewal, and we never charge twice for the same month.
- What if a payment is late?
- You keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that, new bookings pause; existing bookings, guest self-service, refunds and exports keep working.
- Who counts as a management account?
- Anyone who signs in to manage bookings. Staff who are only booked for appointments, without a login, are not counted.
